Hi, my ionic is 1 1/2 old and the screen won’t turn on but it still tracks and charges. I have done all the resetting steps, called and talked with customer service and did what they said and even emailed the company and no help, plus bought 2 new charging cords. I feel that a $250.00 product should last longer the 1 1/2 years! I have had other Fitbit products and wished my ionic still worked. What do I do with a watch that won’t work??
HELP!!

Welcome to the Community @J-spaz66. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I appreciate that you contacted our Support team, they review each case individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding Fitbit devices, these comments are always useful to continue improving the quality of products and services.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
