Ionic screeni is slow

I just got the Fitbit ionic a week ago because  I thought it was better than the blaze. It is. But the screen is slower than the blaze. By alarm and timer when you want to change the time the spinning goes like 5 at a time on the ionic and the blaze at least 30-45. Otherwise it’s good.

It's great to have you here @Jack112233! I would like to get more details about the slow screen, you're getting. Is it taking so much time to change the setting you want? Does it get stuck? 

Also, you can try restarting the tracker.
