I returned my ionic to you on 28/02/2021 and still haven’t received confirmation or replacement?
please can you advise?

Are you saying you physically sent your Fitbit Ionic to Fitbit to be repaired under warranty over a month ago and they've neither returned the replacement nor replied to you? I'm sorry you've experienced this and as an active customer am also a bit concerned about your experience. Hopefully, @JuanFitbit updates you soon. In the meanwhile, have you enabled Mobilesync on your phone so you can at least track steps and be in challenges?
Best AnswerYes... I’ve been using a cheap substitute- but totally miss my ionic! I’m not able to do any challenges with my friends & feel rather “out of it”
I really hope @JuanFitbit manages to sort this for me! Feel stupid that I left it so long!
