Hi,
my watch stopped connecting and syncing I have tried restarting logging in and out of the app restarting phone and last resort was a factory reset now it won’t connect at all HELP my watch has just gone 12 months old and I live use is all the time!

Hi,
I have done all of this and it is still not working, I have also restored factory settings and this has not helped at all.
I am so upset I love my watch and having the tracking everyday.
