I cannot load the Fitbit set up app to my new phone Apple 11 Pro Max. The icon indicator just keeps going round and round. I downloaded the set up App for the iPad no problems but can’t get the App to work on the iPhone it just shows a ‘cloud’, not a “GET” on the fitbit App. Am I using the wrong App?
