I returned my blaze to Argos as it only had half a battery, got myself a lovely ionic that sometimes shows me a spotty diamond logo but that's all it does. Am I doing something wrong or should I go back to Argos for a full refund

Let me help you make sure that your new Ionic works correctly! I will move this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.
My question in this case would be if the Ionic only shows the Fitbit logo or does it show information from time to time too? If the former, could you confirm if you have already ran the set up process for it? If the latter, how often does it show the logo? Which is shown for more time?
