Hi This morning I plugged mine in while i was getting ready for my busy day (@20%). everthing was fine, juat wanted a bit more juice for the day. Grab my watch (now 40%), slapped it on my wrist and off I went. Looked at it quickly at noticed the screen was black ( it happens at times) held the buttons down and turned it on, the fitbit logo came on and in multiple langue's to connect fitbit to update. got to work started the process @4am never worked, drained the battery to nothing by 4:30am. Got home charged it to about 50% started the update process, connected to bluetooth, nope, connected to wifi, nope, restarted the phone nope. While doing all of this both my phone and fitbit were being charged. I watched ()then checked up on the fitbit screen fill up as it was doing its update,

Hit Sent by mistake
the down load took like 3 hours, thought it was finally done, but it wasn't. the screen was black, I woke it up by hitting the left button, a very quick green check appeared ( I got excited) then it went right to the Fitbit logo with the different langue's. The App said there is a new update for your Fitbit. I did it all over again, and again, and again. some with the Fitbit on the charger some not. Its now almost 10:30pm I have no Fitbit. Not a happy girl at the moment anyone else having these problems?
I have an Ionic FitBit

I see where your disappointment is coming from. Before creating a case on your behalf with our Support team, I'd like you to confirm if your Ionic is still showing the black screen. If it's please try restarting it and let me know the outcome.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
