My Ionic stopped telling me my heart rate a week ago and now it's showing me black screen. I have reset it many times but nothing. It is still tracking my steps and green censor is still on in the back. On the Android app, it syncs fine and shows 100% charge. It still vibrates for the notifications on my phone. Please help.
