Ionic showing a black screen

Hello,

I got up this morning to find the screen wasn’t working on my Ionic. The green light at the back is fine and it’s logged my steps on the app today. It’s even charged up with no problems. I’ve tried the soft reset (left and bottom right buttons) with no luck! Can anybody help? I’ve seen that they are offering discounts and that this is common. I’ve only had it about 2 years.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since you've tried restarting it but your watch's screen is still not turning on, I could create a case on your behalf with our Support team and they will explore your options. Let me know if you would like me to create a case for you.
