my ionic is over a year old and has gone blank screen since last update. Won't show anything on screen except occasionally a yellow rim round the edge. Have tried all the recommended resets to no avail. Bought this one as it was the best!! Very disappointed as when working it was brilliant.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I see where you're coming from. 

I would like you to confirm that you followed this procedure to restart it. Once you've done the restart, check if the screen shows the stats as expected.
