Found the watch blank screen and charged the watch. But cannot start the watch at all. It is still blank screen. Now can we re start after trying all the buttons. Is there any other ways? Or it is really dead?

Since, your Ionic's screen isn't turning on, please confirm you restarted it by following the tips on this article.

I have tried that yesterday and today on the back and button buttons. It just have no response at all. Is there any other ways to re start or switch on the iconic?
