My fitbit ionic has a blank screen. It won't turn on or charge. The green lights on the back are not blinking. I tried to hold the buttons down, nothing hapoens.

I would like you to confirm that you restarted it following the tips on this article. If you it turns on but it's not charging then follow this troubleshooting.

Yes I held the back and bottom buttons but nothing happens. The screen does not appear. It is still blank. It has been on the charger since this morning. Nothing.
