Anyone have your Ionic charging then wake up to a exclamation point on a triangle. Won’t reset. Tried to factory reset and screen just goes blank.

That sounds unfortunate! Try another factory reset using the buttons. If that doesnt do it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ).
FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up. Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

A warm welcome to the Community @StevenC1071! I appreciate the steps you've performed in order to fix the exclamation mark you got on your Ionic.
I would like you to try the following steps:
- Unpaired your Ionic
- Set it up again to your account (This should update your watch automatically in the process)
Thanks for your valuable advise @NellyG!
Hope this helps!

Well they said they would send a shipping label to send my Ionic back and still no shipping label. This place is the biggest joke I have ever had to deal with. Spend :money_bag: and get treated like this. 🤬🤬🤬 Pretty sure you no what I am saying.

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. It's pretty weird that you're getting a triangle and an exclamation mark. I would like you to restart your Ionic and if you get it working then try these steps to update your firmware.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I also have this problem. My ionic will not restart or do anything, I just get either a black screen or the exclamation mark screen that's it.
I've tried all of the resets using the buttons.
Fitbit, please help!
