i made factory reset to my fitbit and it showed me later data not cleared sync and try again i found some videos where they set up again their device but when i did that my screen still showed data not cleared sync and try again but i deleted fitbit app and removed my device from bluethoot PS:i did that from computer should i use phone instead to set my fitbit up or theres no differences?
