Ionic showing temp warning

Hello,

I took my fitbit apart today (straps removed) and cleaned in the crevices with a damp Qtip. I left it apart to dry for about 20 minutes while I did other things. Now, it won't turn on but to show a temperate warning symbol. I restarted it, I tried charging, and one time it started up fine only to revert back to the temp warning. Is there anything I can do?

I would like you to confirm you restarted your watch by following the steps mentioned in this article. If after restarting it, your Ionic is still showing the temperature warning symbol, let me know and I'll create a case on your behalf with our Support team.

Hey Silvia,

Thanks for your help. It actually moved on from the temp warning and now
just refuses to charge. It says "0 percent" when I plug it in and never
changes. What can I do?
