Ionic showing white lines

My fitbit ionic has white vertical lines when I switch on the phone . I've tried to unpair it and pair it again. Deleted from my app and when I go to pair it again it looks for 4 digits from the screen but all I have are white pulsing vertical lines.please help.

I did a factory reset several times with no success. Then out of the blue
it reset. Perfect. A day later the lines came back. For the next week
everything except the time worked. Steps. Sleep. Run. Weight. All sync.
Then it stopped working again. I find this very unusual. Can someone
explain why fit bit will give 25% off a new unit because I'm out of
warranty. I was not asked to do a factory reset when I spoke to an agent
and why is the 25% limited to 30days. I bought scales,new strap etc. Have
been very loyal and highly recommended to people.I've had 2 fitbit ionics
in the past 3yrs. Both let me down. Not good?
