For the past few weeks my ionic has periodically entered a stage where the Fitbit logo stays on the face. No matter what I do nothing changes this. I’ve tried to shut it down and I’ve tried the already suggested factory rest but nothing is working and with my watch now being in this state for a good few hours I now need help please.
