The Ionic maintains the correct time but is three time zones off. I live in Washington (Zone -8) but my Ionic syncs to New York (Zone-5). I tried to reset by changing my zone to -11 but it stayed 3 hours off. What can I do?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
1. Confirm if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Confirm if your watch is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device?
3. Make sure your watch is syncing. If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing, please try our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
4. Follow the additional troubleshooting tips at How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hello again.
1. I tried all of the above steps. Did not work (DNW). I also tried to manually reset the time DNW.
2. I deleted the Ionic from the app then tried "Set up". Ionic was "found" but DNW ("An issue occurred").
3. Ionic was listed on the Phone's Bluetooth list. I deleted it from the phone then tried "Set Up". DNW. Ionic was "found" but DNW ("An issue occurred"). Ionic no longer listed on the phone's Bluetooth list.
4. I pressed all three buttons on the phone then tried "setup" again. Ionic not found.
I seem to be making things worse.
How do I get back to the Ionic recognized and setup. Then I can get back to the problem of getting the correct time.
