Ionic shows the Fitbit logo

My new ionic is connected and synced. The face displays the fitbit symbol. How do I download a watch face?

I understand your concern and recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device? You can change the clock face by following the instructions in How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
