I have synced my Ionic to my laptop several times and It won't display anything on screen other than the message to go to www.fitbit.com/setup in several languages. How do I make this go away???

I was able to see that you reached out to our Support Team yesterday and they provided some troubleshooting steps, but your chat got disconnected.
