@TeaAddictedGeek I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you have experienced with sleep tracking not syncing.

Are you still experiencing the same?

It is possible that the sleep record was not showing as a result of your watch not syncing properly. Please make sure to check if it has synced correctly. If you have difficulties to sync; feel free to try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.

If sleep wasn't tracked; please manually log it so you don't loose any records. If this was the case; please restart your watch to fix.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

The next day logged fine and I was forced to put in the previous night in manually. Not sure what happened.

@TeaAddictedGeek Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details. I'm glad sleep was logged correctly the next night. It is very strange indeed.

Feel free to try the different sensitivity options you have for sleep:

  • The normal setting counts significant movements as being awake (such as rolling over) and is appropriate for most users.
  • The sensitive setting will cause your device to record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful for users who wake up feeling tired even though their sleep history shows sufficient rest.

If this happens again, please restart your watch to prevent this from happening.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
