Ionic won't connect to WiFi

I am unable to set up WiFi for Ionic. It just keeps buffering when I go to the set up menu. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Forums @HRM6.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on. I will be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for this thread.

 

The first thing that I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help you get the Ionic to get the Ionic to connect to your WiFi.
