Step counter stopped working , ionic is updated

I appreciate that you mentioned your Ionic is updated. You may want to learn more about Fitbit watches and trackers accuracy by checking this article: How accurate are Fitbit devices? 

 

Please reply to the following questions, in order to gather more information about what you're experiencing: 

- Is your Ionic not tracking any steps at all?

- Is it tracking any other data but your steps?

- Are you getting less steps than before?
