Fitbit stopped counting steps and all other data suddenly this morning

Tried restarting it a couple of times which worked last a couple of days ago but not today...

update :now it is going crazy with steps 100 000 while I was sleeping,full battery  dead when I woke up  and still no heart data 

HELP 😩

Any tips?
