My Ionic stopped counting steps, everything else recording normally

It's pretty weird that your Ionic stopped tracking steps. Please confirm that your wrist settings are correct and that you've entered your height in your profile.
Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take. Could you let me know if your step count decreased? Are you not seeing any steps at all on your Dashboard?

My Iconic stopped tracking everything 2 days ago. I've changed the clock face, uninstalled and reinstalled my device, unpaired and paired the bluetooth and still nothing. I have not received notification to update to the new firmware. There obviously is a system issue and not user issues.
