My ionic has stopped receiving texts and emails. It is connected to the app. I have a Samsung note9 and have not changed anything with my phone or the app. My ionic is up to date. I've tried deleting the ionic, turn Bluetooth off then on, rebooting phone.... all the usual.

HI @Bbellon19 - sometimes a simple thing like being stuck in Sleep mode or Do not disturb can block them. Also check the phone just in case.
