2 days ago my ionic stopped recording all data. Steps, sleep, calories etc. The auto motion screen wake no longer works.
I have done a factory reset, unpaired the device, uninstall and reinstalled the app but still no data is being recorded. The device has no problem syncing to my phone but its the fitbit device that is recording 0 for steps etc.
