Please can anyone help me. My tracker was syncing normally until 2 pm yesterday. When I came back from a walk at 5 pm it wouldn't sync. The icon on the top right of the fitbit page says 'tracker disconnected'. I have tried everything I can think of, including plugging the charger lead into my computer, fitting the tracker into the cradle and pressing the button until the tracker vibrates, all to no avail. Anyone got any ideas, please.

Do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.
