Ionic stopped tracking after update

Last night I updated firmware to ver. 27.25.16.7 and since then it has stopped logging anything but heart rate.

What to do?

Try a reboot of your tracker @MSDK

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and vibrates. This should take less about 10 seconds holding down together.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

I did try that already, but that did not work. 

I guess the next step is to reset the watch and reinstall updates...
