Ionic stopped tracking sleep

So, for the past week, my Iconic is no longer tracking my sleep.  I’ve done everything that I’ve found on this forum and still nothing.  This is the first time I’ve had this problem.  My app is up to date and it’s not reporting that there is an update for my iconic.  Help!

@shortysks A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the research done prior to posting. I would like you to confirm you've restarted your Ionic and sleeping for more than 3 hours in order to get sleep stages, also please make sure you're using the band snug on your wrist.

You may want to try using your Ionic in the other wrist for one night after trying the troubleshooting mentioned above and let me know the results.

Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
