My ionic just stopped tracking steps. I did a 2 mile run today and nothing. Now it seems like it's tracking but maybe one step for every 15 I do. I've tried restarting and changing the home screen and no change. It's fully charged. It did not vibrate when I put it on the charger. What can I do?
