Ionic stopped tracking/working

Hello, 

 

I have been observing numerous issues with my ionic in the recent time and they are,

1. Completed hourly steps not shown accurately

2. Stuck a few times (needed a manual reset)

3. Sleeps were not tracked in the middle of the night

4. Mix-up display of the historic data

All the above have been happening though it has recovered successfully.

 

But it has been troubling me in the last four days that it is not tracking the steps and heart rate at all.

I did perform the troubleshooting but without success. 

In between, it has started to track only the steps without the heartrate though the calories burnt seems unreasonable.

Today again it stopped working, not tracking the steps, heartrate at all. I did try the troubleshooting few times.

To be honest, i'm frustrated not to have my fitbit working accurately during this difficult time given that fitbit has become a integral part of life these days. I really miss it and hope to get a advice from the technical support team to resolve all the issues and get me back on track.

 

Hoping to hear on this soon.

PS: I'm more than happy to try if there is any troubleshooting that i have missed.
