Fitbit, how do you respond to those cases that your products are malfunctioning ? There is no true root cause from fitbit at all but denying it's your issue. Start facing this issue and stop removing our negative comment in the forum.
All I want to warn ppl that they have sporadic software issue. Objective evidence can be found on internet and there fitbit forum
Fitbit, the more I read your post, the more frustrated I am getting with your products. Please admit this is your software issue and recall and fix the issue. Totally unacceptable. Where is the software engineering team? where is the Root cause analysis? where is the design phase?
Hi Fitbit, Please admit that there is a world wide Software issue on the Fitbit Ionic. As you are well aware that many ppl are experiencing issue on fitbit ionic and we are not able to get it work even though factor reset.
However, this is very disappointed that Fitbit is not facing this issue and not help the community to resolve problem if this is outside the warranty. We paid OVER $300 CAD for the watch but only last for 1 year + bit and we got stuck with a damaged watch.
Fitbit Software engineering team, please face this problem and act on this. We are very disappointed to loose Fitbit family due to the fact that no one from Fitbit acts on the issue and deny the issue.
Everyone is warning their friends and family to stay away from Fitbit (at least Ionic) due to the sporadic software issue on this model.
I hope Fitbit can really deal with this problem and face the community to admit that this is a Fitbit issue. As far as I can see, this is totally no an isolated case as this is happening anywere, everywhere.
Objective evidences can be found throughout the internet and Fitbit Community Blog.

Not long. Everyone is having same problem.
Same here. Ridiculous product and service. I filed a complaint and they just dance around and do nothing. Hopeless
