I charge my Ionic every night even when I don't have to. I woke up this morning and my screen was blank. I took off the watch to look at the back and there is no light. It's dead. I did the update the night before. Did this cause my Ionic to die? I love Fitbit so much so that I am a stock investor.
Best AnswerNope tried that also. Also found that someone needed to clean the sensors with rubbing alcohol. I've tried all the suggestions - Nothing. No green light, no vibration (not even when on charger) the app cannot find device... it's dead.
To restart the watch, you need to press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I got it!
Best AnswerPlease go on Twitter and complain. I tried their troubleshooting. I am out of warranty and they are giving me a discount instead of a new one. I love their product but they need to take responsibility for their update that messed up my Ionic!!
