I tried updating my ionic last night and midway through update it shut off and won’t come back on.
I tried:

turning Bluetooth off and on - now it can’t find Fitbit

held down left and bottom right buttons to reboot - nothing

reinstalled app - no change

it has been charging for over 12 hours and no change

reported it to help desk

it did this on previous update but I was able to reboot it and get it working again.
