Ionic stopped working since update

Hi I did the firmware update on my ionic and now I have nothing,

 

no charging symbol

holding two buttons together nothing

holding 3 buttons together nothing

 

brought a new charger still the same

 

also tried holding all three buttons whilst connecting to mains then release for 5 minutes and repeat

 

nothing seems to work

 

does anyone have any other tips to try?

 

gyms reopen next Saturday and mine has stopped working 😞

Same problem here. Ionic updated, and now won't charge.

My ionic stopped working yesterday just blank screen and can't get in touch with help center

I have the same problem. My ionic is Also stopped working. What is happening with these watches i did’nt get a response from fitbit.
