The same thing just happened to me. The battery died and now it won't charge. I was on the phone with support for about 1/2 an hour or so. Nothing we tried worked. I've only had it for 1 year, 5 months. I'm really disappointed. For the cost, I would expect it to last longer than that. They have given me a deal for 40% off a new Ionic or 25% off any other of the fitbits, but I'm hesitant now to invest in another one that will die in less than 1-1/2 years. That's crazy.
