Hi , I've been using my ionic now for a year almost exact to the day, and today I had 36% battery left. It now wont switch on. Tried the reset and factory reset nothing happens. Plug in to charge and the back gets very warm but nothing happens. 

How do i raise a ticket for possible warranty claim?

Ionic stopped working.  My battery says full on my phone but my watch wowon light up

My ionic stopped today as well.  Tried charging, swapping USB ports, held all combinations of buttons.  Nothing will bring it back.

Mine stopped working a couple of hours ago as well.  I was transferring music onto it SMS noticed the transfer on the computer stopped.  It's completely dead even though it had 70%battery and won't turn on or charge.

I just got off the phone with customer service and they arent offering anything but a 25% discount for a known issue.  After looking these watches starting doing this earlier this year and it has been a increasing problem. 

They tried to blame it on the battery being bad, but I'm not buying it.

No other solutions offered.

If they do not do something to rectify this, I will be going with a different company for my next watch.

Just wanted to update. Customer services were great, I now have my replacement Ionic and I am back up and running.
