Ionic stopped working

My ionic was working one minute and nothing the next, I’ve tried charging it and doing the reset but still nothing. It’s only a couple months old. Any ideas, or where do I send it for repair?

Sorry to hear of trouble with your tracker Hoops - try a reset in case it is confused,

  • Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time, until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Let go of the buttons.
  • If your screen comes up and you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on by swiping left to settings>about>shutdown, then pressing the left button to reactivate.

After this, if your display doesn't return contact customer service chat, explain the steps you've tried and they should offer options to get you up and running again.
