Hi, i have no problems updating my activities.i have fitbit ionic.and had
updated the latest ionic software updates. Sadly, the latest fitbit OS
4.0.2 firmware release 27.68.9.20 made my ionic crashed. And the screen had
gone dark forever eversince that moment till now.i am now using my fitbit
charge HR temporary, and still trying to get the ionic to function normally
again, before i installed that software updates.i did soft reset and
factory reset on ionic, and deleted my ionic account. Now the ionic was
able to sycn with my desktop or android account, but it requested the 4
digit code from my ionic.Since the ionic screen is always dark, i cannot
reinstall it. When the software request for the code.
How can this get fixed? Thanks in advance for your future reply,
AAR

Thank you sylvia, for the kind reply.Look forward for a solution. This is the second time ionic stop functioning for me.After the software update and clock face installation. Screen when blank, and no more green light to detect pulse. The first time was when I did not charge it, and battery was drained 100%. The screen went blank after full recharge and nothing worked. So, kept it in a closet for several months, full charge again and it revived.
