I have a FitBit Ionic I bought in July. No issues with it up until today. The battery showed low (no biggie) and then shut off. I put it on the charger where it sat for about 3 hours and nothing. So I came looking for troubleshoots . Did the hold the button for 10 seconds - nothing. Cleaned it the charger port and the charger, nothing. Nothing is working. And for something that cost more $200 It shouldn’t have quit working altogether yet
