Bought four Ionics & one Charge 2 for family members, four failed shortly after two years, one failed before two years, Fitbit replaced that one. Failed after two & half months. 😔

Not tracking information? The display is not turning on or is it not charging? You can try a restart process in the meantime I receive your answers.
