My ionic stopped tracking heart rate sleep and steps one day. I tried updates, factory reset, rebooting several times and no luck. Now when I charge it fully it only last a few hours. I miss it so much. I believe it’s still under warranty as i only purchased it in March 2019.is it possible to get a return authorisation and send it back to be fixed or replaced? Please can you help?
