Hi there,
i purchased a Fitbit Ionic in October 2017, along with an extended warranty (total 3 years). This watch worked perfectly until December 2019, when it stopped charging and died. I had it replaced under warranty, and was sent a new watch. This has worked perfectly until the end of November, when it had the same identical problem as the original watch, and finally died.
Is there anything that can be done, as I don't want to spend $450 on another ionic to have the same issue reoccur. I'm a bit disillusioned with the brand due to this experience.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tuku1969.
I am sorry to hear about the experience you're having with your Ionic. Thank you for providing the additional details. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Let me know how it goes.
