Since the most recent firmware update my Ionic has now gone back to its old tricks (happened previously but was resolved by an earlier update). It will find GPS, start the run and then I get a little vibration during the run to tell me it’s started auto-recognising the run. Till it does this, I don’t know it’s stopped tracking the manual run.
it will the sporadically auto-start and stop the run throughout, missing chunks completely and only recording half (or less) of the activity/distance. Incredibly frustrating. Have restarted many times but to no avail. Today to add insult to injury, the display now drops to barely visible when I flick my wrist so can’t even see if it’s tracking. (Battery was at 80%). C’mon, Fitbit - sort it out. At present there’s absolutely no point in wearing it when out exercising! 🤬
