My ionic stops vibrating for notification, achievement and alarm. Have done soft reset, factory reset, unpair then pair again in bluetooth device. Still doesn't work

My ionic fitbit is doing the same thing. It won't vibrate for anything and I have tried all the suggestions. This started happening about a week ago after an update. Please help, this was a very expensive watch for it to working!

Warranty was still ok in my case and a new one was sent. But this one
stopped working too after a while. It doesn’t charge anymore once the
battery is completely down. The watch looks and feels great but the
functionality/reliability seems poor. --

My ionic is also not vibrating for any functions… is there a fix yet? I’ve tried resets and all the fixes suggested.
