Hi Everybody, I've had my Ionic since April 2018 and already the hinges on both sides seem to be peeling away from the main body of the strap. This is causing the strap to feel unsecure and look scruffy, I've even had someone suggest it was fake due how the strap looked.

It's only a matter of time before they completely fail and I'm concerned that I'll lose the watch.

Has anybody else suffered the same problem? and was it. Is it. covered by the warrenty?

The best thing to do is to contact customer support, only they can tell you if it will be covered by the warranty. Saying that though I can't see why not, as long as it hasn't been mistreated I don't think you'll have a problem.
