Ionic strap just as poor quality as every other tracker - customer service ignoring complaints

I have had my Ionic since January and it is the 4th tracker I have owned in 4 years. The rubber strap on every single tracker I have had has come apart within 6 months or normal everyday use and this week my Ionic did the same. Every time this has happened I have contacted support who give me the same cut and paste reply and mail me out a replacement strap as the tracker is still under warranty. They make it sound like this is great news but is the absolute least I would expect under the circumstances. They make no effort to address any other concern and make it out like they are being so very helpful! When it arrives I will be selling my Ionic and I won't be buying another Fitbit tracker. While I love my fitbit, I can't justify buying into something which falls apart within a year and isn't supported after 12 months. The replacement straps should have their own warranty (since it is a separate product). If they would do this I would be happy. as it is I'm fed up of poor quality rubber and cut and paste answers
