My Fitbit is stuck on the logo screen after a failed update! I've tried to reset and factory reset but nothing

I would like you to confirm that you restarted your Ionic following these steps. If you did and it's showing you the Fitbit logo, please try updating your firmware over Wi-Fi or over Bluetooth.
