Started by Losing Time. Then wouldn't synch. Tried all suggested options over and over again over 3 days. Now all I got is a looping Fitbit Icon. How do I actually talk to a live support person? When I go to contact, there is no live chat, no phone number that I can see. Any advice would be great. Cheers.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. Customer Support is available from 4am-9am PT and you can contact them through live chat, call or email.
If your Ionic is turning on, then try restarting it and if you're getting the Fitbit icon then it means that your watch isn't paired to your account, you will need to set it up.
Please reply to the following questions:
- What are you seeing in the display?
- Which mobile device are you using?
